​Scutched Flax​​

Raw fiber which obtained from the water Retting flax straw by scutching 55 / 90 cm. 
Long in handfull about 200-250 gr each, 96-98% purity in bales jute 250 kg ,
Each 25 ton for one 40 ft.

​Hackled Flax

Hackled fiber which we obtain from scutched fiber after hackling on the hackling machine, used for spin and textile purpose, in jute bales 250 kg. Each 25 ton for one 40 ft.

Cottonized Flax

Cottonized Flax fiber is manufactured by shortening the flax fibers and refining it by eliminating rough cut fiber endings and removal of chives and waste. This type of fibers is used for dry method of spinning, cottonized fibers are added with cotton proper fibers and/or synthetic fibers, as a result of this mix flax-type yarns can be produced.

Yarn Application:

  • Yarn counts: Up to Ne 24

  • Fiber length: 25-40 mm

  • Blending: up to 50%

  • Purity: less than 1%

  • End-users: cotton spinning mills (open end, ring and rotor spinning)

​Flax Dolls

Hackled flax fiber can be made upon customer’s request in many shapes to be suitable for plumbers use and other purpose such as:
(4 heads, 2 heads and jokia )
200-250 gr. each in packet of 12.5kg.
in plastic sac , every 4 packets together in one jute bale of 50 kg.
Each 22 ton for one 40 ft. container .
 

​Machine Tow

This material is the by-product with hackled flax fiber
15-30cm. Long purity 90-93% , in jute bales 200 kg
each 20 ton for one 40 ft.  container. 
used for spinning , yarn and textile purposes.

​Flax Arrous

Flax arrous is short fiber (10-25 cm)
with purity about 80-90% in jute bales 200 kg.
which is used in the manufcature of paper and spinning factories.

​Flax Waste

Flax waste is short fiber (8-10) cm
